- Perform all administration and program operation duties
- Supervise, recruit and train all paid staff and volunteers for all programs

- Responsible for issuing and inventory of all textbooks for Allen High School (4,000 students)
- Ordering textbooks and materials, managing million dollar textbook budget
- Supervise recovery program for all lost/stolen and damaged books
- Responsible for accountability reporting
- Responsible for teaching/assisting a full range of subjects in grades 10-12
- Create reports for all students in Nova Net Recovery Classes
- Responsible for all aspects for a teacher's daily routine to include classroom management, establish rapport
